- *Registration: Tuesday, May 5th, 2026 (5:30pm-7:30pm) at Malabar Intermediate School (Main Entrance).
- All players will be placed on a team and must attend evaluation on Tuesday May 5th, 2026
- Rookie: 5:30pm-6:15pm>Grades 2nd-4th
- Pro: 6:20pm-7:00pm>Grades 5th-6th
- All Stars 7:00pm-7:30pm> Grades 7th – 8th

• Cost is $25 for each participant - If you missed evaluation/registration on Tues. May 5th, 2026 please register online and report to Malabar Intermediate School(Main Entrance) Tues. May 26th, 2026 at 5:00pm to be placed on team(spots will be limited)

Information on team rosters and schedule will be posted by May 26th, 2026 (No phone calls will be made.)
*Grades 2-4: Rookie League – Beginners, Ages 6-9, 4 teams – 10 players per team, games start at 6:00pm
Grades 5-6: Pro League – Advanced, Ages 10-12, 4 teams – 10 players per team, games start at 6:40pm
Grades 7-8: All Star League – Competitive, Ages 12-14, 4 teams – 10 players per team, games start at 7:40pm
Player Regulations
A. All players must have their jerseys tucked in and shorts pulled to waist high.
B. All players must have basketball shoes on during warm-ups and games.
C. Players will not be allowed to wear jewelry at any time while on the court (warm-ups & games).
D. Players may wear a headband as long as it is made of soft, cloth-like material and is on their head. If at any time a player has a headband on his/her neck, they will ask to put it on their head.
E. Players may wear sweatbands on their arms as long as they are at the elbow or higher.
F. Only the head coach may stand at anytime during a game. All others will be expected to stay seated during play.
G. Only the head coach or his/her designee may speak to a referee about the game.
Game Rules
1. All games will be played in two 16-minute halves. The clock will stop only in last minute of each half, timeouts, end of half/game, player injury.
2. All players are required to play at least 16 minutes of each game. No player will be permitted to play more than 16minutes per game
3. In the event a team does not have 10 players, a less experienced player will play more minutes.
Remember, this league is about learning the game of basketball & having FUN, not who wins/scores the most points!
